Oreilly Auto Parts - Total incompatance 39th store

in okc tryed to get parts for a 2 ton ford and the mgr chris could not even find simple things had to help and go throu the book my self finally found my parts had him order them for me just the short time i was in the store he was rude to several other shopers he obviously dont know *** about cars or parts or how to treat peaple he was a *** to his employees as well my ? is how does a guy like this become a mgr??? i predict he will get his *** kicked by a tm or a pissed off consumer with his rude condisending attitude this guy really sucks and he dont know parts

These kinds of complaints really *** me off, knowing how to care of a customer and knowing how to find the right parts is instrumental in being a counter professional. On behalf of oreilly auto parts I am very sorry for your experience you had that this store.
