Response from O'Reilly's about my complaint and appeal

I was harassed and discriminated against for medical exceptions I was granted. I was recommended for FMLA and then I was pencil whipped before I could go on leave.

I have an unblemished record for 3 years and, in August a new store manager came. From day 1 it was downhill from there. Brett Gleason was the district manager and approved the medical exceptions I needed to work. No prolonged standing, minimal walking due to amputated foot and Lynn English basically ignored and harassed and punished me when I had an appointment or breathing problems flared up "asthma" I communicated , showed documentation and it didn't matter to him.

I was moved from the assigned area I worked in, I was counseled for arriving early and staying late. I was yelled at and threatened several times a week. I refused to transfer, so he said he would get rid of me and that's when he wrote me up for any late or doctors appointment I had. In summary how does an employee go from top ranked commercial driver with praise and raises form DM, and Regional manager to unemployed in 3 months.

I have excellent reviews and I have great team member relations, excellent customer service and the only person who has a problem is Lynn English. He's not following culture, or environment or respect that O'Reilly's states in the mission statement

Car damage repair money

Oreilly Auto Parts - Car damage repair money

A manager at an o Reilly store took it upon himself to replace an air filter in my sister-in-laws car and damaged the air box. The district manager said to take the car to Toyota dealership and get it repaired then to email over the repair invoice when the car is done and he will take care of the bill with the Toyota dealership.

The car is done and the invoice has been sent but no one can seem to contact the district manager to get this bill cleared so she can get her car. She is missing days of work and need her car.

I had stopped in to get my battery checked in Chevy Colorado my truck. The store associate came out with the tester and checked it..

He said that it was bad but then acted like he did not want to get involved in changing it for me. He insisted for me to go somewhere else and get it checked and that if it was his he would not get a new one until it went out completely. I went to NAPA and the associate checked it and said it was bad and then offered to assist with getting me a new one and change it out too.

They need to hire people with better experience in my opinion. It's Go too bad that the associate ran off a potential customer.

User's recommendation: Go to NAPA if you want good service. Don't go to O'reilly for a battery check.

Getting work done by half knowledgeable people for free is good customer service?? You're drunk if you want something done right you pay for it. Really is that simple....

This company tried to accuse me of stealing. I was the Store manager at location 1171 and when they realized I wasnt stealing, the parts they were looking for were still in the store, they still fired me. They claimed some BS policy violation which wouldve been my first write up in seven years.

They told you no becuz the problem isn't the belt...they don't just shred on their own...you have a deeper issue that you will need to take to a mechanic to properly diagnose.

Oreilly's customer experience

4450 Nelson brogdon blvd, sugar hill ga.

I went to your first location trying to get a part, dor-919-152 a brake line kit. They guy at the counter, Troy said that they didn't have it but the Nelson store did and I could pay for it there and go to the other location and pick it up.

When i got to the location they said that that they did not have it in stock. They then sasid I would have to to back to the other location to get a refund, which is Bs in my opinion. Then said that they could reorder the part for me. I agreed to let them reorder.

They called me on sunday and said that the part had arrived. I told them them that i would be there within the week to pick it up. I went yesterday to pick up the part and they said that they did not show it to be ordered and said i would have to pay for it a second time and still go back to the other location for the refund for the first one ordered. I do not understand how they want me to drive back and forth to get a refund for something that was already paid for that they did not have just to drive back to another location to reorder and pay for said part a second time.

That is very bad customer service. I am in the automotive business as well and have been dealing with parts stores for a long time and most strive to take care of the customer and obviously yall are just present and do not care about customer service.

Im not asking for any special treatment or for anything for free. I will just not give you my business any longer and you have lost a long time customer and i will spread the word to others.

The employees at the orileys auto part in Pasadena off of lake were very unprofessional. While Im the store my husband comes in to ask for advice on oil and when he walks out the Asian employee goes and makes a joke to the other employees about the question my husband asks.

Not knowing that he was my husband the same employee looks to me and asks if I need help!

I looked at him and said no Im with the guy u *** are making fun of !!! How dare he be so rude his job is to help people not make fun of for not knowing something I feel very offended and think he should be let go or retrained on customer service Ill never go into a an another o reilys if this situation isnt handled appropriately Sincerely, Daniell one pissed off consumer
