HATE this battery and will NEVER shop OReiley again! 3 weeks out of warranty and 1st they are going to refund my money.

Them Nadia supervisor states she got busy and now can't find the battery I brought in for a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

Higher employees can't help a customer out disrespectful to me

I was just at one of your stores and I asked the guy by the counter to look for a really number outside of my vehicle and he told me what's going to go do that I decided to go somewhere else now I bought what I was going in there I never ever come back to O'Reilly Auto parts cuz you guys hire people that are so worthless that don't want to help the customer I'll appreciate it that I feel disrespected as a customer I'm *** done with you guys I'm going to make sure O'Reilly Auto parts has the worst people in the world name and you guys will go under

Sounds like you threw the card at him. Even with social distancing in place I have never seen anyone throw their card on any counter.

Always handed it to the person they were paying. Even though in your mind you thought you were trying to be right by throwing the card it is offensive to the other person.

A racist employee at oreillys in evergreen alabama

went to EVERGREEN ALABAMA on march 20 to purchase two batteries,one for my KUBOTA tractor and one for my 4 wheeler..i have delt with this location for over 4 years and never any problems..i own several farms and always need something..ANYWAY, I WAITED 20 minutes for service with one battery on counter,they were busy but the BLACK EMPLOYEE WOULD NOT WAIT ON ME..I AM WHITE,INSTEAD HE WAITED ON TWO CUSTOMER WHO WERE BLACK AND CAME THROUGH DOOR ,AFTER I WAS WAITING FOR OVER 20 MINUTES.. THE MANAGER DID NOTHING,I ASKED HIM WHYCAN'T MAN BEHIND COUNTER WAIT ON ME AND SAID HE WAS A PAST EMPLOYEE.. I WAITED TILL I GOT BACK TO FOLEY ALABAMA ,SUNDAY AND PURCHASED MY BATTERY THEIR..I SPENT 150.00 ON MY KUBOT A BATTERY..

It is general stat questions. Has nothing to do with anything other than that.

It is how marketing focuses advertising.

95% of the time this info is a separate section that is not attached to the survey. It is nto linked to any customer data.

Can't get the parts that you ordered

They can't get parts I order on time. I ordered 4 shock and paid for 4 but only received 3 and they said it be a week before I could get the other one. But I ask the guy behind the counter before I order when they would be in he said after 3 I said ok order them. When I went to get them there was only 3 of them. And they was very hateful about it. I work on cars and trucks full time. And never have a problem with the store in Cookeville TN but every time I get parts at the one in Sparta Tennessee it either the wrong one or they can't get it. So I have a customer that is mad at me because I have his truck torn down waiting on parts because they can't do there job right. I will never buy parts up here again I go to the one in Cookeville or I will go to Napa or autozone in Sparta to get my parts from now on.

Low quality rebuilt alternators

I am about to be a really irate customer soon. I am on my second rebuilt alternator from O'Reilly (Cleveland area) and my lights are starting to flicker on this 2009 Nissan Murano. The labor charge to install the alternator is $518 a pop because of the level of difficulty. I would have thought that the Nissan dealership would use more reputable rebuilders. They did not tell me it was an O'Reilly product until recently and I see now that these units are Junk! If this unit goes bad I will have to get that refund from O'Reilly or dealership and start over, already $1700 in the hole. Ganley Nissan in Mayfield is selling bad rebuilt alternators!

User's recommendation: O'Reilly rebuilt alternators just say NO. Bad quality . Stay away.

Water pump

In an emergency out of town water pump failure I had to wait a day for one,then it all lined up but the casting was 1 inch thicker and so the bolts were to short ,after walking six miles to the hardware because oreillys didnt stock any longer ones I found some and completed the install..at the end when I installed the serpentine belt it was a 1/4 inch off aligned but I had to get back to work in Az from Oklahoma so Put the new belt on and made it back to Az with a freaking screeching burning belt..But of course oreillys wants me to take it off and take it in for a refund..wtf! How bout my time,the tools,the belts,the antifreeze,the tranny fluid? Such poor quality non oem spec parts! I will never buy anything from there again!

Mistreatment by overzeleous, nasty employee with power & control issue'ss

Employee denied me access twice even though I have a medical exemption not to wear a mask by surgeon orders, she was combative, sarcastic, and plain nasty. Unbelievable, i have never been treated this way in any business! This was at the Quincy and Buckley store in Aurora Colorado.

Had some rotor turn the Manager is the only one that can turn at that store. So one of the workers at the store Measured my rotor with caliper but to get the right measurements you would need micrometers to get the right thickness of rotor. the manger turn my rotor and my brake pad were cutting the rotor were he did not turn them enough. So I took them back to the Boglusa store so he can do them over again but I got charge again. That not good business if would did it right the first time. I would not have to take them back to him the second time . He need more classes on turning rotor. this store is in Bogalusa la
