Oreilly Auto Parts - Managment

While in the store it became very obvious the employees were treated horribly by their boss. One said with only having him in store, no district or reginal manager cares, they will have to leave. Such a shame since its a good store, great emplyees but managment needs to step up before the doors close in this small community.

Shane, at the kent store on Pac Hwy. Decided to help others behind me in line. I called him out. He refused service. I told him i was going to helped. Shane went outside to find another salesperson. This young man was very helpful and attentive. Unlike Shane.
