Horrible parts and warranties

This place is horrible. The manager Mellisa got into a verbal altercation with me about returning some items.

I felt disrespected and not listened to, it was an embarrassment to have her represent this company like this? I am disappointed as this company used to be a place that I would shop for my local auto parts. If my warranty is no good whats the point of doing business at any of these stores. I just want my money back and I will go elsewhere.

This is the products and services they sell with a horrible attitude and horrible dameaner.Mellisa got very belligerent with me and started getting nasty I wanted to return battery and brakes the warranty with this place means nothing they sell the cheapest part and could care less about its customers. This woman needs to find another line of work if youre going to treat its customers so poorly. I have not had a good experience on the woodville raod location, I am hoping that the company can do something to clean up the mismanagement that appears to be going on at these O'Reillys auto parts, I mean if the parts are good you don't need to swap them out three months later. They refuse to do any returns, this place is horrible.

I hope you can avoid this place at all costs. They don't honor any warranties, I went into this store and nothing was done. I had my receipt and the part, nothing in the warranty states that I have to accept another part. This is horrible they need to fire this melissa woman, as her own co-worker told me to call coproate on her as she was acting very unprofessional to me and all of the other customers going into this store.

My check engine light with the p2271 code is still on and they sold me all this crap stating that this is what the issue. I was not sure if they were mechanics or not at this store? I am wondering if they have mechanics working at this location? I am sicking of purchasing parts like a battery that is under warranty and having the manager at this location refuse to help or serve me.

I was never told that I could never have a warranty for any of these items and they should all be replaced under warranty. I would like a refund for all of these items.

Harassed Customer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Oreilly Auto Parts - Harassed Customer

Minding my own business and hold the items I was buying. Employees at store # 3451 on Mendocino Ave Santa Rosa they were biased against me assuming I am a homeless person because of my attire I was wearing.

One employee Javier came up to me holding a basket and with a disgusted demeanor and tone asking me to put the items in the basket. After going back and forth I did not put the items in the basket because I needed them and didnt need his help. I went back to another aisle to look for a item but I was already annoyed and pissed. Still staring me I was feed up went to the counter to pay my items with my military discount.

I threw the items on the table. I called them *** for harassing me and asked for their names.

My invoice receipt # 3451-26****

Employees: Javier and Tevin

Terrible customer service

I had an extremely terrible experience at O'Reilly's store 5469. I thought you guys provided exceptional service, but the management here is horrendous.

When I first approached the counter, the manager, Moise claimed that I hadnt bought the part from his store, despite looking directly at the receipt. He then said the part was used, even though I had purchased it brand new and was returning it because my mechanic didnt need it.

The manager was unwilling to help, stating that if he processed the return, the cost would come out of his paycheck. Im shocked that O'Reilly would deduct money from employee checks for returns.

Moise a Haitian guy who was on the phone when I first walked in, seemed unprofessional and uninterested in helping.

He didnt apologize or show any remorse, and it felt like he just wanted me to leave with the part I was returning.

There appear to be major issues at this store, and the staff doesnt seem very professional. I hope someone can look into this matter, ensure the employees and upper management are held accountable, and make decisions based on facts rather than false assumptions.

I went to Riley's and needed a headlight I thought. Christian comes out and tinkered with the bulb and fixed my light just like magic.

They do a great job over there at the parish Ave branch.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all good prices also.

Complement of an employee

We were in Eden, NC this afternoon when I hit something in the road near O'Reilly. The guy checked the tire because it had lost all the air.

He put the spare tire on so I could get back to Burlington. He was extremely helpful and kind.

I think his name was Michael. He was a lifesaver to my husband and me.

Commercial sales *** poor quality on parts, very very poor management

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Placing orders for commercial business has become a huge issue with this store. We place an order, says in store, then get a call says they don't have it in stock.

Parts that are supposed to be on hub we usually have to call after the designated delivery time, they don't get here in a timely manner. We have addressed the issue in the past with the store of sending parts in boxes that are old, worn out parts.

This has happened on numerous occasions. Need to get management under control to get the store in order, or you will be loosing a lot of customers and sales.

Dangerous Driver

Oreilly Auto Parts - Dangerous Driver

One of their drivers for their Bremerton store was using the shoulder in a school zone to speed and aggressively avoid bumper-to-bumper traffic. Later she was tailgating us still in the traffic and later tried to use a freeway entrance ramp to cut us off in an intersection and later smiled and swerved at us like she going to hit us. Psychotic.

Preferred solution: We want something done about this driver. She traumatized my child and I'm still shaken up whenever I drive.

There customer service division couldn't have been nicer, I will say the man I spoke to was polite, but when you want me to buy a battery before we know it's the battery take the battery home change it out bring the old one back because your manager said he can't touch my car and we spoke on the phone, I jump my car drive there then you tell me this, and the battery is still under warranty BUT if you don't have your receipt your screwed...don't buy there brand Battery

They can look up by phone number and they're parts salesmen not mechanics hence why they don't charge for it...if they say they can't do it then you don't want them touching it...watch a YouTube video and you'll be good to go

It takes over a week before the computer tells them to send the product back...once it's been 3 days they don't have a choice but to send it back. You not picking your stuff up for over a week and a half is on you and autozone does the same thing so keep trying!

When you sign up for reward programs there are terms and conditions that have to be followed by the customer and enforced by the store or people would take advantage of it since if they do it for one person they would have to do it for anyone that pitched a temper tantrum over reward points. Oh and this is not something you should take out on a store employee since they are just following the rules.

I'm guessing that you didn't hear "NO" a lot as a child. grow up and follow the rules like everyone else.

Bought a couple code readers. Kept one wanted to return the other was told its returnable because its an electronic part.

No where in the return policy or receipt is that stated.

I do service work and we buy a lot of parts from OReilly but after this issue never again. Had the original package and receipt and it was purchased on a credit card.
