Customer service was great, ppl at the store a differant story. Manager at east locust store was polite but had to wait until6 pm that night to get my refund. Clerk was not very pleasant abt giving my money back.he scanned the reciept the manager left for me n tossed his scanner down and acted like i was a pain in his *** Dont want to get anyone fired but what happened to customer service?? Maybe they need to go to advance auto and learn his to interact with customers.advance auto after hearing my problem i had trying to get warranty coverage gave me an extra yr on the new part warranty n knocked the cost down on top of it and it wasn't even thier problem. Just better customer interaction there.
