Bought an entire clutch kit less than 2 years ago supposed to be "heavy duty" I'm a single female and drive 32 miles round trip 15 days a month that's it . Well my throw out bearing went out as I pulled into my yard from work and so now I'm stuck paying a mechanic $300 to install new clutch , problem is there is less than 30,000 miles on the "new one". And to make matters worse when the throw out bearing went out it ruined my retainer sleeve on... Read more

My brake lights were constantly on and i was told I needed a break light switch. An easy fix. I went to O'Reillys and was sold a switch for a Honda, my vehicle is a Hyundai. I specifically asked of this part would still work, the associate said "this part is universal." Trusting these so called "professionals" I bought the part and installed it. Mind you this part is as easy to install as it is to plug your phone into a wall. Had I known it... Read more

I’m 50 years old and have been shopping at auto parts shops for half of my life. I just recently found out about O’Reilly’s auto parts and joined their membership and received a card. This morning Sept 8 2016, on my way to work I stopped in at a location in Orlando FL in a small shopping plaza on the corner of Lake Underhill Road and Goldenrod Road. A very large bald man with a beard said hi and I asked him if I could return a part at this... Read more

When dealership told me I got the wrong part, I called oriley back and they insisted it was the right part. The dealership then had to call oriley themselves to give them the correct aftermarket part number. This caused an embarrassing misunderstanding between me and the dealership. I may still shop oriley, but I no longer trust their product knowledge.

This company is way overpriced and I wonder whos pocketing the money. Went there to purchase a tail light lens cover for a 2001 Toyota Echo. They wanted $176.00 plus a $11.95 shipping charge and said would take 1 week. I declined cause of the wait and went to Toyota Dealership and was blown away. Toyota wanted $82.00 same lens and was in the very next day. So O'Riellys I wont be back to your store what a shame your ripping off customers. Whos... Read more

I needed an alternator for a 94 Taurus. O'Reilley's Auto Parts only offered a rebuilt--for $200! I looked at it and could see oil around the raised letters of the v. regulator. The v. regulator was 22 years old, just like a junkyard alt! and could fail at any time. But the j/y alt is only $40. O'Reilley's lifetime warranty won't help me when it fails on the freeway. I got a refund and bought a NEW Bosch unit for $132 from Rock Auto. What a rip... Read more

I went to the one in Durham, NC. I needed a part for my car and I walked up to the counter, there were two men behind the counter. They NEVER acknowledge me. A white man came in & he started looking around, one of the men ask him very loudly if he needed any help, while I continue to stand there not being notice at all. I went to Advance auto & brought I need for my car without any problem whatsoever. I have never been back to O'Reilly's in... Read more

I went into the store for my first time as they had just built this specific Oreilly in just under a year. I go in and find the right oil filter I needed but I also needed the right sized oil filter wrench so I wouldn't have to come back later on and return it. The lady that was supposed to help me just started asking me what type and year my car was just to tell me the exact oil filter I needed, even though I already have the oil filter in my... Read more
