Oreilly Auto Parts - Rewards program is a scam
Subscribed to the rewards program and never seem to get any discount for the 150 dollars I spend.contact customer service and they said it was because there were two accounts opened and that they combined them and everything was fixed. After spending over 2100 dollars there in the last year they claim I need three more points to get to my next 150 dollars.
None of my purchases are listed and customer service will not attempt to do anything.
I wonder if the store enter their own numbers instead of the customers when you make a purchase. Hello auto zone!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Same thing happened to me. Spent thousands of dollars there and every time I go to check out they ask for my number and said I was good to go.
I asked how to redeem my points and they said just go online. So I did and support said I dont even have a rewards account, so I went to a different store for them to look me up and shocker I dont exist in the system. So they employees most likely put in their own numbers to receive all these points.
Awesome customer service, will be ordering my parts online and off amazon. Cheaper, just as fast and no B.S.
Haha if you need a part ask oreillys clueless staff. Never do they give the right parts.
SlackDog S.C. same here, I've been loyal to O'Reilly's for I know 10 years I've spent thousands all I've received so far is 1 $5.00 off coupon I've drove pass other part stores to shop at O'Reilly's I thought loyalty was a two way street but evidently it's a one way street.
Are you using a shop account? Shop accounts are restricted from the rewards program as you already receive discounts.
You receive a $5 off coupon in your email for every 150 dollars spent.
Exactly at first I would get the reward cards on a regular basis. All of the sudden about a year ago it just stopped.
When I try to go to the rewards site it says that I'm using the wrong password or user information.
I believe the rewards go to some employee that has hacked accounts. Similar to Auto Zone's bogus reward program.
I wonder if there anyone to talk to to get to the bottom of the situation? I've tried employees they just play dumb and smile.
