I had bought their Brake Best rotors for my car several years ago and also installed new calipers and pads. The rotors are cheap made in China parts.

They would warp after 1-2 months. I exchanged them under warranty several times before returning them and trading up to the better Bosch rotors. The Brake Best were $35 ea and the Bosch were $23. These were better and would last 4-6 months before starting to warp and it was a few more months before they were as bad as the Brake Best in 2 months.

I warrantied them several times since 2012 and just went to do it again several days ago and they said there was no record of my purchasing them. I've spent several hours over the last 5 days trying to get them to find the invoice. The District Manager said there was no record of that part number being sold in the company ever. I went to a different store in another city and they found it in 10 minutes.

I had to pay my bank $22 to pull records from 2012 to find that purchase out of the many O'Reilly's purchaces I have made over the years for my vehicles and ones I repair for friends and family (I've been an ASE Master Tech with L1 and X1 certifications since 1997). They are unwilling to do anything for my time or the money I spent because one of their managers forgot to put my phone number on the invoice.

I even gave them a picture of the rotor on my car with the part number on it, and they couldn't look it up that way, until I went to a store in a different town. Not satisfied.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

I alway buy the part go back home to find out that isn't correct. If it wasn't for a lifetime replacement I would never go back.they never get it right the first time!!

And now I having to take the alternator off again and have it replaced . They might be a little cheaper but are they really? Tow bill 60.00 58.00 for Dx testing.

50.00 to have it taken off and putting it back on. I didn't save A thing
