so its getting cold in oakdale,la,my mother-in-law needs anti-freeze so i get the job lol.so i drain old fluid @ add new.so i notice a leak at pet-*** located@ lower radiator. so i send her to local autozone,after two trips they dont have what i need,so i take radiator completely off and send it with her 60+year old lady,to local oreilly auto parts store #989 and this idiot takes a completely different part and forces it into plastic radiator and damages it severely but says it will not leak,so i add fluids @ the leak is worse than before ,i go back to store and the idiot tells me he didnt put petcock into radiator,so i call mother-in-law she comes to store @we call the want -to -be manager he says he has to side with his workers,@tells me he can give me a radiator fot half price its only$240.00 a cool$120.00 plus tax for me,that would be good if i went shopping for a radiator,but i needed a $5.00 plastic part about two inches long,manager would not give district managers name or #,what can i do???????

man, no way around that one, IF the guy really installed the petcock. i smell "write off". oreilly or that counterman should "eat" that radiator IF he really installed it.

Call customer satisfaction or send an email from the oreillyauto.com site. They will forward the info to the DM and RM and you will get a phone call. Trust me, they do not play around witht his stuff.
