Oreilly Auto Parts - Horrible service
I was in your store today to buy a battery....It was almost two hundred dollars...which I am not complaining about...it was the service...I bought the battery and the man was suppose to put it on right then...I waited for him to answer several phone calls and look up parts for people on the phone...these people were not customers they were asking questions...I was there...waiting on several phone calls and other customers...which of course the man had to look up their parts on the computer which isn't fast....after about the fourth person I stood and watched him until he came outside....This should have taken maybe 15 mins as the clerk told me and I was there almost an hour...When someone is there paying....pay attention to them..not people on the phone or someone else..they should wait their turn...just like I did....anyway very poor and yes the manager was there! She never offered to help ...she did answer the phone after my clerk had answered three....
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

How do you know the phone wasn't paying customers. You do know they also service shops which usually spend about 5 to 10 grand a month with most parts places depending on the shop. Also the battery install is a "free" service that their not required to offer you.....little self entitled are we....
I don't suppose you ever thought of installing the battery yourself? Just open your trunk, take out the appropriate tool(s) from the small tool box you should always have in the trunk, and replace the battery.
Simple. This is not rocket science, mate.
I am a 65 year old widow and couldn't pick up the battery if I tried....but it matters not....they promote them putting things on your car if needed....thank you for being so concerned about my auto skills
