My name is Robert Byrns Cade, I am an employee at O'rileys distribution center in Lubbock Tx. Store # 2098 as a Hub driver

Here is my problem, I hate going to work everyday, every single day I have to put up with my managers who are supposed to be helping me improve, every single day I go in to the store to get the gas card to fill up the trucks with gas at the end of my shift. Whenever I go to get my card I deal with this man Eddie, he has constantly put me down been rude to me, called me ***, slow. I am completely SICK of it! I almost can't believe that I as an employee am being treated like ***! The manager Terry even yells at me in front of customers' to embarrass me, he sent me AFTER hours to pick up a stock transfer that I wasn't even supposed to pick up, blamed me for the entire thing and couldn't admit his mistake and apologize! Why am I being singled out and put down by these people?!?!? I don't want to go in to work! I'm only here because its the only way I can make money.

I have major anger issues and I've somehow managed to keep this rage pinned up inside of me and now I'm calling out to anybody who will help me!!

I hope this reaches the right person, I don't know who else I can reach out to. I don't want to be the store punching bag anymore! they wounder why I don't work very hard for them and it's no wounder! Even before I got the interview I've been a target for these people!

MAKE IT STOP PLEASE!!!

Going to O'Reilly's store in Elkhart, In. at Main Street.

& Lusher Ave. and while there this man named Dan is waiting on me for some auto parts when he takes out this small plastic bottle and opens it up and spits tabacco or seeds into it while I'm standing right in front of him. How gross and how un-professional he was. Leaning on the counter as if he could not stand up straight.

(Over weight)I feel some one should school him on manners and I'm sure that O'Reilly's does not allow that type of behavior. Clean up your act O'Reilly's (Dan)

You should have access to TeamNet. Go into the directory and put in your DC # in the search box.

Then you can view managers, and continue you on up the management chain until you feel you've found someone who can help.

Although I've only read your side of the story, getting someone higher up involved is not hard. You can also call the TIPS hotline (there should be signs posted in your DC with the info and number) and report any business abuses going on.

Don't worry. After they read this you won't have to go into work anymore. Problem solved!
