I received an altenator from the company and it did not fit my car part. I called an asked for the return procedure. The man on the phone told me to initiate it online and i would receive a return label in my email. I never received it. I bought a set of group 31 fleet batteries from orielly logansport Indiana. After 2 years they went bad, they say 36 month warranty yet after they told me to install the new ones and bring the old ones inside they claim that they are only 18 month pro rated and proceeded to charge me full price. I have Being Shopping With O'Reilly for almost ten years in Indianola Ms. I Remember 9 Managers and the Manager now is by far the Worse. I Will Never Enter The Store in Indianola again. Maybe they changed it back since this was posted. I recently came on board with the company and employees pay inventory cost on most items. The company as a whole has been fantastic to me. Knowing I have a chronic back condition, they gave me medical insurance almost immediately rather than making me wait out my probationary period. It's not just me they are good to. I worked at Oreilly auto parts and as a female I was definitely harassed and discriminated against. My district manager constantly tried asking me about my love life, told me how attractive he found me. He made comments about my body to other employees. O'Reilly's Sales manager and DM covers up the fact that employees commite adultery. They even lie about it to HR. Do they not have any morals or even a family to know how thus affects personal lifes. To top.it off they keep the employee updated on the outcome of the other party. That's not professional at all. Add comment

These guys are beyond pathetic. Went to get refund on air control sensor valve they didn't honor refunds. Called 800 # spoke with Jay after waiting 30 minutes for an answer. He told me that they don't give refunds and wish people would use common sense when it comes to that matter. So they need to take the sign off that says customers are a #1priority. Read more

on monday bought #1 alternator with lifetime warranty. I had my mechanic take it out and exchange it the same day bought #2 alternator wouldn't charge my battery Oreilly checked and said it was good returned it. Bought a car battery just over 2 years ago took it in and had them test it. They said it was bad. I asked for another with the warranty and they said the only battery I bought from them was a motorcycle batter. I don't own a motorcycle. Needless to day they would not work honor any sort of warranty. I'll never step inside OReilly again. Read more
