I have made a purchase and then returned a couple quarts of oil to the o'reilly auto parts here on chester ave Bakersfield ca, and they said the money will be out back on my card and I still dont have any pending transactions that the money is being returned! I have receipts here to prive it. Add comment

I am a 100% disabled combat vet and prefer to shop where veterans are given a discount. Orielly auto claims to give a veterans discount but its only for certain purchases apparently. I spent almost $9,000 dollars at Orielly Auto parts while restoring a Jeep and classic ford car. Total discount given me $ 3 bucks ! And the rewards program is misleading. I started as part time parts specialist with 10 yrs auto mechanics and a degree with a starting wage of $9 per hour. I was promoted to asst manager in 5 weeks! I had bought a battery and kept it, without installing it, for about a week before I realized I wouldn't be needing it. I took my Diesel truck (2 Batteries) to O'Reillys because they would not hold a charge. I was charged 43.00 each because they were 3 years and 6 months old. After 3 years they are pro-rated. I received an altenator from the company and it did not fit my car part. I called an asked for the return procedure. The man on the phone told me to initiate it online and i would receive a return label in my email. I never received it. I bought a set of group 31 fleet batteries from orielly logansport Indiana. I have Being Shopping With O'Reilly for almost ten years in Indianola Ms. I Remember 9 Managers and the Manager now is by far the Worse. I Will Never Enter The Store in Indianola again. Maybe they changed it back since this was posted. I recently came on board with the company and employees pay inventory cost on most items. The company as a whole has been fantastic to me. Knowing I have a chronic back condition, they gave me medical insurance almost immediately rather than making me wait out my probationary period. It's not just me they are good to.
