Many employees are helpful, and want to help. Management however, is only concerned with "The Company" and not as much with the consumer or the employee. Leaving employees in need of help, yet no one to listen to their concerns. If concerns do eventually get heard, they fall on deaf ears of managers trying to avoid you at all costs. Promises, and phrases of a passive nature are all that is heard,... Read more

O'reilly is new to Florida - at least Central Florida. While as a consumer competition is welcome, an important factor in addition to pricing is good customer service. They fail at this time after time. Once they have your sale, they do not seem to care. I don't understand it - you'd think that in today's competitive market a company like O'reilly that is trying to make in ways in this market... Read more

I was/am a former employee (asst mgr) of an auto parts store for 16 yrs. O'Reilly recently purchased that chain (VIP) in New England and we were converted to O'Reilly employees. After being an Asst Mgr for 13+ yrs with VIP, suddenly I was doing NOTHING right. I felt that i was being pushed out the door and when they realized i was not leaving, they set me up so they were able to fire me... Read more

I was a night supervisor in a Broadview Hts Ohio store.and was only being paid $8.00 per hour. I was expected ( 6 nights a week) to stay an extra 15 minutes off the clock and wait for reports to be printed. Shift hours were limited to 6 hours each so overtime would not happen. That is 1.50 hours a week , for a total of 78 hours a year. Over $800 lost. Then the manager of the store made a sexual ... Read more

After working for O'Reilly 10 plus years and working my way up from a cashier to a member of management, I was terminated, based on a witch hunt Human Resources investigation completed by the VP of HR, and due to his homophobic attitude I was terminated. This was a completed surprise to me and I had no way to fight it. They handed me my pay card and said good luck. After spending my career... Read more

As an employee of O'Reilly I am horrified at some of these comments. Some of us really do try to put our customers first. The treatment some of you have been given is disgusting. PLEASE use the customer service phone number provided on every O'Reilly door if you have a bad or great experience. Those in time directly effect the store managers pay, and I am a firm believer that a good store... Read more

It is not how MUCH you pay for an item but the support you get while in the store making a purchase or if having to return, the support you get when in front of other viewing customers that determines if you should ever return. I asked about a certain oil line I needed to replace and this involved having 3 feet of hose cut. Aware that the policy was to not return cut items, the sales person... Read more

I went to the Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo store picked up an item that scanned at a higher price. I saw a huge poster talking about the ethical policy (in the store) that if the items scans for a higher price then you'll correct the error and provide 5$ additional discount. The girl at the store refused to do this and also called someone to confirm and I was refused this discount that you provide as a... Read more

Subscribed to the rewards program and never seem to get any discount for the 150 dollars I spend.contact customer service and they said it was because there were two accounts opened and that they combined them and everything was fixed. After spending over 2100 dollars there in the last year they claim I need three more points to get to my next 150 dollars. None of my purchases are listed and... Read more
