I buy a lot of warranty parts from Oreillys when I go to return a mastercylinder that I know that I bought their their no record on the computer that I bought it their that's not the worst part it only showed that I had only purchased three items for the year I bought several items I do mechanic work on the side they could not give me a answer on my account they lost my business Add comment

Purchased an O2 sensor ($120.00) with 1yr warranty. Returned it 4 days later for an exchange as I believed unit to be defective. Clerk did everything he could to discourage me from returning it. Purchased a new, not rebuilt, master cylinder for my show car. After investing an hour of labor smoothing the poorly machined gasket surface and another applying caliper paint, the unit wouldn't pump any fluid out of the rear reservoir during bench bleeding. I was a store manager for 4 years and employed with the company for 6 1/2. I went through the CSK changeover. I was a month and a day away from cashing in 250 shares of O'Reilly stock that they gave.
