Bought chains havent used them still in packaging brand new nice expensive ones. My car broke down and now those chains dont fit my new car. Gone to serveral different oreillys all told different things about exchanging. All I want to do is a simple exchange of a different chain size. I use to work for oreillys for a year 2013_2014 ever time i worked there would be a line of people waiting to get some type of info on a repair because i always made sure they had ever thing they need for the job with the right parts. I went in the store soak and wet because my window didn't roll back up. I asked them to at least help me put plastic at my window so I can drive home. They said no, gave me a little garbage bag, and went back to helping someone else. I would never do business with them Add comment

I had bought their Brake Best rotors for my car several years ago and also installed new calipers and pads. The rotors are cheap made in China parts. They would warp after 1-2 months. I exchanged them under warranty several times before returning them and trading up to the better Bosch rotors. The Brake Best were $35 ea and the Bosch were $23. I worked for oreillys for 3 years and on 3/31/15 the loss prevention officer came in took me in the office and for 1.5 hours he sat there and told me a story about why people steal and would ask me why I did it. I used to work for O' Reilly's store 3250 in North Minneapolis as a delivery driver. I wasn't happy working there.
