As an employee of O'Reilly I am horrified at some of these comments. Some of us really do try to put our customers first. The treatment some of you have been given is disgusting. PLEASE use the customer service phone number provided on every O'Reilly door if you have a bad or great experience. It is not how MUCH you pay for an item but the support you get while in the store making a purchase or if having to return, the support you get when in front of other viewing customers that determines if you should ever return. I went to the Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo store picked up an item that scanned at a higher price. I saw a huge poster talking about the ethical policy (in the store) that if the items scans for a higher price then you'll correct the error and provide 5$ additional discount. Subscribed to the rewards program and never seem to get any discount for the 150 dollars I spend.contact customer service and they said it was because there were two accounts opened and that they combined them and everything was fixed. O'Reilly had issues with the on line purchasing 12-30-14 so after about 18 minutes of muddling thru with the ON LINE phone service they finally fixed the issue. I have made a purchase and then returned a couple quarts of oil to the o'reilly auto parts here on chester ave Bakersfield ca, and they said the money will be out back on my card and I still dont have any pending transactions that the money is being returned!
