O'Reilly's Sales manager and DM covers up the fact that employees commite adultery. They even lie about it to HR. Do they not have any morals or even a family to know how thus affects personal lifes. To top.it off they keep the employee updated on the outcome of the other party. That's not professional at all. Add comment

These guys are beyond pathetic. Went to get refund on air control sensor valve they didn't honor refunds. Called 800 # spoke with Jay after waiting 30 minutes for an answer. He told me that they don't give refunds and wish people would use common sense when it comes to that matter. So they need to take the sign off that says customers are a #1priority. on monday bought #1 alternator with lifetime warranty. I had my mechanic take it out and exchange it the same day bought #2 alternator wouldn't charge my battery Oreilly checked and said it was good returned it. On #3 alternator right now and Im so pissed it doesnt work. No wonder why there is a sticker on the alternator that says if you are having charger problems call us. My mechanic has tried... Bought a car battery just over 2 years ago took it in and had them test it. They said it was bad. I asked for another with the warranty and they said the only battery I bought from them was a motorcycle batter. I don't own a motorcycle. Needless to day they would not work honor any sort of warranty. I'll never step inside OReilly again. Add comment

I just went to Autozone to get a relay for my fuel pump, but unfortunally they didn't have it. In my way home I stop by o'really and they have but it was a little be expensed than Autozone, so I asked for their program of price matching and they told since autozonr did not have the part in stock. I bought a new serpentine belt from them and I borrowed their serpentine belt tool. After finding out that it didn't fit, I returned everything just as they were closing. I was rushed out by the clerk and he never gave me my drivers license back. I went back the next day and no one knows where it is. On top of that, they didn't know who was working there that night. O' Reilly Auto Parts fires employees for noncriminal infractions but allows a Franklin County Missouri full time employee to steal overtime and commit time fraud. I spoke with "BOB" on the online support and asked him if Id be able to swap out 2 shocks that were given to me as a gift and that had never been opened before.
