I am a fleet owner of commercial trucks. On May 16th I was in Duncan South Carolina when one of my headlights wouldn't work. I discovered I needed a pigtail for the light and a new bulb. I initially contacted O'Reilly Auto Parts because I had used them at my home shop several times. Rude and *** both sales person and manager. Asked for a fog lamp bulb on a Subaru cross trek and they kept giving me a part that didn't fit for a forester. After the second time my nice neighbor went in to explain the differ wrench to them when Nolan said hope we never see you again! Add comment

On April 30th 2014 I had a murry air conditioning compressor and all necessary parts installed in my car. The compressor came with a 2 year warranty and by May 5th 2016 the compressor quit again. The cost with installation was 800 dollars. I called O'reilly's and they said it would not matter if it was the day after the warranty ran out, they would not cover it. Went to get my lifetime warranty brake pads replacement and was told they couldn't be warrantied. These where to old. I hadn't even pulled the old ones off yet. Very rude. Will never go to there again. Add comment

Also not to mention the favortism if you are their little pet you can do what you want but i was almost fired and atacked in front of fellow employees for telling them i will file unemployment if they drop my hours again i also told them i will sue them if they treat me that way again Add comment

would not honor a warranty. tho they had a record of the transaction on their own computer. they insist the part i was returning was not theirs.This is a specific/passenger side drive axle for a specific auto....[my auto]...its not like it could be confused with any other part on the car....i was showed what their markings look like...so what!..perhaps they changed suppliers..or their suppliers have changed their markings...i did not purchase... O'Reilly Auto Parts just isn't what they used to be! I was happy to hear that O'Reilly was opening up down the street from me. I used O'reilly for the bulk of my business, years ago when I had another business. They were great. Too bad they are nothing like they once were. Not a good parts house. People who work there are grossly under paid, thats why customer service lacks. Managers work very long hours and leave early for the day if they can. Parts are cheap and not worth the time. When working on customers vehicle purchase parts elsewhere. Add comment
